Schedule demo The great thing about Shape Up With Sherry Boot Camp is we have three different locations. One in Hampton and two in the Yorktown/Grafton area. The Hampton class meets 3 days per week; there’s a ladies only class and a coed class. We have a Yorktown class that meets 2 days a week and another Yorktown location for drop-ins that meets one day per week

All clients will be required to weigh-in at the beginning and the end of the 4 week session.At the clients request, measurements and body fat analysis can be done during the first week of bootcamp. The workouts will vary from day to day in an effort to target all muscle groups within a week.
