Bootcamp is designed to help you reduce body fat, gain muscle, and development healthy eating habits which promote weight loss! Four weeks of motivational instruction and training provided by an outgoing, enthusiastic trainer.
The great thing about Shape Up With Sherry Boot Camp is we have three different locations. One in Hampton and two in the Yorktown/Grafton area. The Hampton class meets 3 days per week; there’s a ladies only class and a coed class.
We have a Yorktown class that meets 2 days a week. And another Yorktown location for drop-ins that meets one day per week.
What Can I Expect?
All clients will be required to weigh-in at the beginning and the end of the 4 week session.
At the clients request, measurements and body fat analysis can be done during the first week of bootcamp.
Each week we will slightly increase the intensity and the workouts will also change from day to day with a focus on legs, upper body (to include arms), and abdominals. Exercises include: jumping jacks, taebo based exercises, short distance running, jumping, agility drills, push-ups, sit-ups, and so much more!
We cater to all fitness levels-from beginners who want to jump start their program to veteran exercisers ready for a new challenge, and those who are just maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Women and men (7pm class only) of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate!
