Bootcamp is designed to help you reduce body fat, gain muscle, and develop healthy eating habits while promoting weight loss. Four weeks of motivational instruction and training provided by an outgoing, enthusiastic trainer. The great thing about Boot Camp is that we have three different locations. One in Hampton and two in the Yorktown/Grafton area. The Hampton class meets 3 days per week; there's a ladies only class and a coed class.We have a Yorktown class that meets 2 days a week. And another Yorktown location for drop-ins that meets one day per week.
