One of the things I love about fitness is it keeps me feeling young! As a mother of three athletic children, I am challenged daily to keep up with their schedules, work a full-time job and grow my business. When I walk into the gym, that's my time to relax my mind and push my body to be better.
My desire is to inspire people. When people come to my classes doubtful of their potential and feeling like the task ahead is impossible, I want to remove the doubt. I want to see them walk out feeling like they can do anything they put their mind and heart into. I am not only concerned with physical health, but mental and emotional health as well. My love for fitness was birthed during a broken time in my life. Physical training gave me physical strength as well as emotional healing. I found out what I wanted to do with my life and who I wanted to be while training in the gym.
If you want to start exercising, start now. The "right" time will never come as long as you sit waiting for it. Time is going to pass whether you choose to go after what you want, or remain stagnant and dream about it. I am not always motivated when I go to the gym; it's after I show up the motivation kicks in.
Commit to the process, be consistent and ALWAYS believe in yourself.
